This position will be located in our Colorado Springs, CO office with the possibility for a remote hybrid schedule.

Core Responsibilities

  • Build AMERGINT’s Web based UI Tools to support customer solutions
  • Design, scope, and implement new features for customer facing UIs
  • Communicate and collaborate with engineering team and product owners
  • Evaluate and recommend solutions and guide team decision-making

Required Skills

  • Bachelors degree in engineering, IT, or related field
  • At least 2-4 years of work related experience
  • Proficient with modern JavaScript and web development, Angular preferred
  • Some experience with LINUX
  • Passionate about fostering good engineering practices and processes
  • Willingness to learn new technology and approaches
  • Solid understanding of testing principles and high-quality software
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills with an eye for detail and thoroughness
  • Experience with version control tools, such as GIT and SVN
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance

Preferred Skills

  • Active Secret or Top Secret security clearance
  • Python or other server side languages
  • Experience with front-end unit and end to end testing
  • Experience with build tools
  • Experience with Apache
  • Experience with Jira and Confluence
